It is owned and operated by former touring professional player and instructor "Crown City Corey," Corey Harper, who has over 25 years' experience in the billiard sports industry as a top touring professional, promoter, salesman, marketer, house-pro, pro-tour board member, product developer, instructor and shopkeeper.
